IDS-BUD and Bilfinger Berger will construct a luxury "Piano House" apartment complex in Warsaw
The consortium consisting of IDS-BUD S.A. (Leader) and Bilfinger Berger Budownictwo S.A. (Partner) will construct an apartment complex including services and underground garages in Warsaw at the junction of Topiel St. and Zajęcza St. for Pańska Sp. z o.o. Piano House, as the complex has been named, will be built at the foot of the Vistula Scarp near the place where Krakowskie Przedmieście meets Nowy Świat. The six-story building has been designed as an urban tenement house with an open green yard. The designed building encompasses 81 flats of varied area and structure. In the ground floor there are service points.
